What to expect on Sunday

Worship 10:15AM

When you walk through our front door we will be on hand to welcome you and help you settle in.

Worship at 1015AM combines a lively sense of joyful togetherness in the love of Christ and a prayerful openness to God’s gracious Presence experienced through the gathered community, a Word from Scripture, moments of silence, and the celebration of Communion, open to you and all our guests every Sunday. All this is wrapped in a beautiful, rich, and diverse blend of music. Another ancient sage once said, “To sing is to pray twice.”

Infants/toddlers/children are welcome in worship (they may want to stay with you until they feel more at home).

Dress is casual and comfortable.

We look forward to helping you feel at home among us.

“Now is the time to free the heart;
Let all intentions and worries stop;
Free the joy inside the self;
Awaken to the wonder of your life.
Open your eyes and see the friends;
Who recognize your face as kin;
Those whose kindness watchful and near;
Encourages you to live everything here.”
John O’Donohue—Irish Theologian/Poet

The paradox of hospitality is that it wants to create emptiness, not a fearful emptiness, but a friendly emptiness where strangers can enter and discover themselves as created free….not a subtle invitation to adopt the life style of the host, but the gift of a chance for the guest to find his/her own.
