I requested a login. Where is it?
Your request may take several days to be reviewed by members of the Ministry Team. Once approved, you will receive the link for your first-time login in an email from WordPress with the subject line, “Your registration for North Oak Christian Church has been approved”. It may be in your inbox, junk folder, spam folder or trash. Look for it there first. Do not submit a second request, as only one login can be created for an email address. If you cannot find the email, use the Forgot? link at the bottom left of this page next to the LOG IN button. Use your email address in the Username and Email fields. You will receive another email with a link to reset your Password.
How do I login to the website?
On the bottom of every page in the website is a footer area. It has a black background and white lettering. In the third column of the footer, you will see an area with the title “LOGIN STATUS” followed by a field for entering your Username, a field for entering your password, and a yellow “LOG IN” button. Beside the “LOGIN” button, you will see two clickable links, “Forgot?” and “Register”.
Use your email address as your Username. Type it in the box with the words “Username or Email” above it. Your password was sent to you when you were setup on the website. Type it in the box with the word “Password” above it. Click the yellow “LOG IN” button. You should now be logged in.

How do I change my password?
Go to the MY LOGIN INFO page by clicking on the LOGIN REQUIRED tab in the navigation menu above and clicking on MY LOGIN INFO. If you have lost your password, use the Forgot? link at the bottom of this page next to the LOG IN button. Use your email address in the Username and Email fields. You will receive an email with a link to reset your Password.
Why can't I see anything in the LOGIN REQUIRED section?
Information in the LOGIN REQUIRED section of this web site is only available when you are logged to this website. To receive login credentials, you must make a request for login credentials using the CONTACT US form under the CONTACT US tab in the navigation menu above. The Ministry Team will review your information and, if appropriate, register your email address for access to the LOGIN REQUIRED section. Also see the “I requested a login. Where is it?” FAQ above.
