Sara Woolfolk

Hello friends. My name is Sara Woolfolk.

I am blessed to work with the children and youth of North Oak. I started in the fall of 2010 in the nursery, later attended Worship and Wonder training and began teaching children’s church. See more about Worship and Wonder below. My role then grew to include working with middle and high school youth.

I grew up in the Ozarks. Attended Northwest Missouri State. And now, I live in Liberty with my husband, Steve, and our son, Sam. During the week, I share my love of all things creative teaching at Orange Easel. I also love coffee, good books, and yoga.

Worship and Wonder is a faith formation centered worship with storytelling and fellowship that helps children deepen their relationship with God. We approach the stories with our heads and our hearts and listen for what speaks to us and how we can apply that to our lives today. It mirrors, in a very kid-friendly way, grown-up church. So when they are ready to start “big” church it’s familiar.
