REGINA KELLOGG, MUSIC DIRECTOR
Stacey has been directing the Jubilation Ringers at North Oak Christian Church for over twenty years. As a handbell enthusiast, she brings both passion and patience to her leadership, helping others discover the joy of ringing. Stacey believes music has the power to heal and uplift—not only for those who hear it, but also for those who play it. She strives to create a welcoming, relaxed environment where learning and laughter go hand in hand.
The Jubilation Ringers rehearse for one hour after Sunday worship and typically perform during the service once a month. North Oak Christian Church has been home to a handbell choir for over 40 years, with generations of children and adults growing up in the program. Stacey has also arranged several custom pieces for the group, adding a personal touch to their performances.
